Online Legal Consultations — Family Law
Cannot come to our office? No problem. We conduct consultations by video call, telephone and email — at the same rate and with the same lawyer who handles cases before the family courts in Poznań.
First consultation: 400 PLN (60 minutes) Tel.: +48 531 335 713 | kancelaria@prawnikodrozwodu.pl

What Can We Help With Online?
We advise remotely on all family law matters: divorce and legal separation, division of marital property, maintenance, child contact and parental authority, establishing and challenging paternity, adoption, legal incapacitation and inheritance matters arising in connection with divorce.
If you are not sure whether your matter is suitable for an online consultation — call and ask. In the great majority of cases, the answer is yes.
How It Works
You book an appointment by telephone, email or through the contact form on our website. Before the meeting, we ask you to send a brief description of your situation and any documents you have available — this allows the lawyer to familiarise themselves with the case in advance, so the consultation goes straight to the substance rather than spending time reading documents during the call.
At the agreed time you join the platform — Zoom, Teams or another; we send the link in advance — and speak with the lawyer for 60 minutes. During the call the lawyer asks questions, analyses the situation, sets out the possible scenarios and answers all of your questions. This is not a formal interview — we tell you plainly what is realistic, what is not, and what is worth doing next.
After the consultation you receive by email a written summary with recommendations and a list of documents needed for any further steps. This gives you a clear starting point — whether you decide to act on your own or with our assistance.
If you wish to continue working with us, we discuss the scope and cost of representation, sign a retainer agreement and get to work. The consultation fee is credited towards our overall fee. Most of the subsequent work — document analysis, drafting correspondence and court documents, negotiating with the other party’s lawyer — can be conducted remotely. Hearings require the lawyer to attend court in person. Throughout the case you have direct contact with your lawyer by telephone, email and in person where needed.
No commuting, no parking, no waiting room.
Who Conducts the Consultations?
The same lawyers who represent clients day to day before the Regional Court in Poznań (Sąd Okręgowy w Poznaniu) and the district courts.
Adwokat Anna Konrady — divorce, child contact, parental authority. Radca Prawny Joanna Jędrzejewska — division of marital property, financial matters, prenuptial agreements. Adwokat Michalina Koligot — maintenance, enforcement, paternity proceedings. Adwokat Marta Krzyżanowicz — contested divorce with fault findings, complex cases.
Every member of our team has years of experience before the Poznań courts. These are not junior lawyers learning on your case — they are practitioners who know the local courts inside out.
Fees
60-minute video consultation: 400 PLN
What is included:
- 60 minutes with an experienced lawyer
- Review of documents sent in advance
- Answers to all your questions
- Written summary with recommendations sent by email after the meeting
- List of documents needed for the case
This is a comprehensive service, not just a conversation. You leave with a concrete plan of action.
Document review and written legal opinion: from 400 PLN
If you do not need a video consultation but would like us to review documents and prepare a written legal opinion, that is also possible. The price depends on the volume of documents, the complexity of the matter and urgency — a 24-hour turnaround carries a higher fee. We will give you a detailed quote once we have seen the scope of the documentation.
Payment by bank transfer before the consultation to account: 70 1020 4027 0000 1502 1054 5541.
How to Prepare
Before the consultation it helps to send a brief description of your situation — what has happened, what you are hoping to achieve, what questions you have — along with any available documents: the marriage certificate, children’s birth certificates, documents relating to assets, and any correspondence with your spouse. It is also worth writing down your questions in advance so you do not forget anything during the call.
If you do not have everything, send what you have. The lawyer will tell you what else is needed.
For the duration of the consultation, a quiet space and a stable internet connection make a significant difference. A laptop or tablet is more comfortable than a phone.
Confidentiality
We use encrypted video conferencing platforms. Everything you say is covered by professional secrecy — both attorney-client privilege (tajemnica adwokacka) and legal counsel confidentiality (tajemnica radcowska). Consultations are not recorded unless you specifically request otherwise.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is an online consultation as effective as an in-person meeting? Yes. You are speaking with the same lawyer who handles cases before the Poznań courts. The only difference is the format — instead of sitting across from each other in an office, you see each other on screen.
What if I do not have all the documents? Send what you have. Even without a complete set of documents, the lawyer can assess the situation and identify what else will be needed.
What times are available for online consultations? We do our best to accommodate clients’ schedules. Get in touch to arrange a time that works for you.
